INSPIRATION 44 / DO-HEE KIM
I came across Do-Hee Kim when she was a speaker at an event for Content Magazine a few years ago. At the time she was conducting a project called 100 Days of Fonts where she would design and code a combination of Google Fonts every single day. I loved how beautiful her typography was, and I also really loved how each post was unique, but the collection was still cohesive which is definitely an accomplishment. Some of the posts were light-hearted and fun while others were more serious, but they all gave a little glimpse into her life and personality.
I’ve followed Do-Hee on Instagram ever since then, and I continue to be so inspired by her. She left her job for the freelance world and started a creative studio called Shoppe Theory with her partner, Jess. She often shares about the struggles of being self-employed and her posts/stories are so relatable. Do-Hee recently started creating new designs featuring free font parings on her 100 Days of Fonts instagram account so make sure to follow her for inspiration. Here are some of the posts from her original 100 Days of Fonts project as well as some new pieces. I hope you love them as much as I do!
Is it the weekend yet?
